Late checkout
Stay until 6:00pm on your departure day rather than 11:00am. Useful when your flight leaves late and you would rather not spend the afternoon at the airport. We confirm availability against the following booking, so request it as early as you can.
Something else
Airport pickup, a stocked fridge on arrival, a cot, a driver for the week. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
About Central District
The Central District is the formal core of Abuja — the area planned and built to house the institutions of the federal government. The Millennium Tower, the National Assembly, and the major ministries all sit here.
At night, large sections of the Central District empty out, which means almost none of the urban noise that defines other parts of the capital. Hotels and apartments here are disproportionately good because the clientele expects quality.
Getting out is straightforward in any direction. The road network was designed for this district — wide lanes, proper signage, and consistent lighting.
Where you will be
The apartment and Nnamdi Azikiwe International (ABV), so you can see the journey before you land.

- Nnamdi Azikiwe International (ABV)
Getting here from the airport
Roughly 35–50 minutes outside peak. Allow 90 minutes if you land during morning or evening rush.
Nnamdi Azikiwe International to the highway
Leave the terminal and join the main airport expressway towards the city. Dual carriageway, well lit, and consistently maintained.
Highway to Ring Road junction
Follow the expressway through Lugbe and onto the outer ring road. Fast-flowing outside peak hours. Surface is sound.
Ring Road to Central District
The Central District's approach roads are among the widest and best maintained in Nigeria. Designed for state-level traffic. Perfectly lit.
Final approach to the apartment
20 min from ABV. Walking distance to the Millennium Tower.
